   I would like to build a boat dock in League City Texas on Clear Lake but I need to find out who I should contact with the Army Corps of Engineers in order to get a permit. I have been told that I can use the nationwide permit but it sure would be easy if someone could tell me what steps to take to accomplish this. Can someone please help.
